Bikes and mobility scooters are covered by 14 calendar days return period after the purchase. If the customer wishes to return the product within 14 days of purchase, they must email us on firstname.lastname@example.org telling us their order/invoice number and a valid reason as to why they wish to return. We will refund the purchase price excluding delivery cost once the product has arrived back to us.
Goods returned are returned at the customer’s risk and cost, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the goods are returned safely to us.
The returned goods must be returned unused, securely wrapped (in original packaging if present) and including our invoice and any other documentation.
If a bike has been purchased under the cycle to work scheme, we are unable to return the payment directly to the customer. The payment must be paid back to the employer that paid for the initial purchase. This is due to the fact that there is a tax saving on this amount.
Deposits on mopeds, cars or trikes are refundable within 5 days of receiving the funds. Customers must email us on email@example.com telling us why they wish to cancel their deposit.
Brand new mopeds and trikes are not covered by a return policy.
Please ensure that before the purchase of a new scooter;
You cover all requirements for motor insurance
You have the appropriate license to be driving the scooter (AM or A1 depending on model)
Brand new scooters are registered into the name of the customer and cannot be returned.
Accessories are only applicable to refund if they are not in working condition or flawed. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason for a return and we will get back to you whether the product can be returned.
A return email must be sent from us before we may accept the customer’s refund.
Refunds will be credited to the customer’s credit card via a bank transfer within 10 working days of receiving the returned goods.
